When your operations are on standby due to power restrictions, you want a company that can deliver quality HPS startup service at the drop of a hat.
For many operators in the Permian, power supply restrictions are straining production schedules. Due to the increasing demand for output needed to support oilfield activity, utility companies are regulating the grid, forcing operations into a power bottleneck.

Luckily for one operator, despite a three-month delay on start-up, Valiant executed the smoothest horizontal pump install the customer had ever experienced.
A process that can typically take 12 to 14 hours to complete, Valiant provided installation and startup service for three saltwater disposal units in less than 6 hours with precise execution.
“We struggled for months to get utility power to the site, so the pumps were idle for a long time. Every couple of months a mechanic went to our site (without being asked) to roll the motors and make sure they were preserved and in good shape until we were able to start up. I expect most startups of this extent to take at least 12 hours, but your guys did it in less than half that time.”
By taking proactive measures to prevent pump degradation and ensuring precise alignment on the day of install, Valiant helped this operator cut the installation time in half and achieve a successful startup with no vibration issues.
Satisfied with the team’s impressive performance, the customer ordered nine more Aquarius pumps for three additional locations.
