Our technical service teams currently remain active across our locations to provide responsive 24/7 on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and service calls as needed by our customers. We will continue to fulfill all existing service commitments as scheduled while implementing strict hygiene and social distancing protocols on-site.
- Remote Monitoring and Reporting – Our optimization teams remain vigilant to support remote monitoring and reporting services in line with Valiant’s normal business practices.
- Virtual Customer Meetings – To reduce any risk of personal exposure for our employees and our customers, our sales teams are encouraged to connect with customers virtually whenever possible and minimize the use of public transport if customer visits are absolutely necessary.
